Arbitration and Mediation Procedure under the WIPO Rules

The Academy of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) conducts a free online course on «Arbitration and Mediation Procedure under the WIPO Rules».

In the course program:

• The basics of conducting arbitration procedures;
• Principles and procedures of mediation;
• The specifics and peculiarities of the application of dispute resolution methods in the field of intellectual property, taking into account the rules and regulations adopted by WIPO.

The aim of the course is to broaden participants' understanding of how the rules on arbitration and mediation developed by WIPO can help resolve intellectual property disputes.

Applications for the course are accepted until June 30, 2026. Upon completion of the course, a WIPO certificate is issued. You can register to participate using this link.
