The second issue of the journal "Intellectual Property in Belarus" published an article by Alexander Bekish (Head of the Legal and Personnel Support Sector of the Center for Digital Development RUE) «Legal Qualification of Agreements Signed in the Framework of the Main Processes of the Software Life Cycle».
