Applications for the International Seminar on the Valuation of Intellectual Property Objects and Their Registration as Intangible Assets are still being accepted

On December 14, 2023, an International Seminar on the Valuation of Intellectual Property Objects and Their Registration as Intangible Assets to be held.

The event is organized by the State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus and the National Center of Intellectual Property with the support of the Republican Scientific and Technical Library.

The focus of the seminar is on:

• prospects for the development of legislation on valuation activities in the Republic of Belarus;
• the state of the market for independent valuation services for intellectual property objects;
• commercialization of intellectual property objects and their impact on the value of enterprise assets;
• determining the value of intellectual property objects when transferring rights under a complex business license (franchising) agreement;
• inventory and registration of intellectual property objects as intangible assets;
• reflection and recognition of expenses for research and development work in accounting.

The event will feature presentations by leading experts from NCIP, Belarusian State University, Belarusian State Economic University, patent attorneys of the Russian Federation and the Eurasian Patent Organization.

Attendees will receive a certificate of participation at the end of the event.
