Training Course: «The Practice of the Board of Appeal of the Patent Office in Trademark Cases»

On December 16, 2024, the National Center for Intellectual Property will hold a training course: «The Practice of the Board of Appeal of the Patent Office in Trademark Cases».

The course will cover the following topics:

• trademarks as objects of intellectual property, including trademark registration procedures;
• verification of compliance of the claimed designation with the conditions of state registration for recognition as a trademark (trademark protectability);
• the practice of the Board of Appeal of the Patent Office in the examination of trademark cases.

Applications for the course are accepted until December 12, 2024 through the form on the website (Application for individuals, Application for legal entities).

Upon completion of the course, the trainees will receive a training certificate of the sample established by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
