The official website of the National Center of Intellectual Property has a patent fee calculator. The tool allows to conveniently and quickly calculate the amount of fees to be paid to perform legally significant actions related to the legal protection of industrial property rights.
After making the necessary calculations, users can easily go to the Unified Payment Information Portal (ERIP) to make the appropriate payment.
In addition, 34 administrative procedures implemented by NCIP are available on the unified portal of electronic services В«E-PaslugaВ». The full list can be found at the link. Application forms for administrative procedures through the Unified Portal of Electronic Services (EPEU) can be found on the NCIP website.
