On December 17, 2025, a specialized training course «Sectoral Issues of Intellectual Property Protection and Enforcement» was held in Soligorsk for the representatives of Open Joint Stock Company «Belaruskali».

Specialists from the National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) spoke about the key aspects of the legal protection of industrial property, including the specifics of identifying protected intellectual activity results and patenting procedures.

The experts highlighted in detail the issues of legal protection of trade secrets (know-how) and registration of documents necessary for establishing a trade secret regime. In addition, the forms of intellectual property rights protection and other relevant topics were discussed.

Upon completion of the course, the participants received certificates of education established by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
