The National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) recalls that 34 administrative procedures carried out by the NCIP are available on the Unified Portal of Electronic Services «E-Pasluga».

On the portal, users can apply for various procedures, including the extension and restoration of patents for inventions, utility models, industrial designs, extension of the validity period of registration of a trademark, service mark, collective mark, right to use a geographical indication, etc.

Administrative procedures for registration and renewal of patent attorneys' certificates, amendments to the state registers of industrial property, the list of well-known trademarks of the Republic of Belarus, the State Register of Licensing Agreements, Assignment Agreements and Pledge Agreements for Intellectual Property Rights, etc., are also available.

In addition, through the E-Pasluga portal, you can request extracts from the state registers of industrial property and submit applications for the official publication of the industrial property rights, including open licenses.
