Application submission for titles of protection and agreement registration is now available on «E-Pasluga»

Users of the Unified Portal of Electronic Services «E-Pasluga» can now electronically submit a wide range of applications related to intellectual property. These include applications for the issuance of protective documents for industrial property rights, applications for the registration of various agreements (license agreements, assignment agreements, pledge agreement certified by a trademark certificate, complex business licenses (franchising)), as well as amendments to such agreements. In addition, users can submit applications for obtaining appraiser certification and certificates of registration as a patent attorney. The system also allows for filing requests for issuing duplicates of titles of protection.

Thus, the National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) now enables applicants to complete all administrative procedures in the field of intellectual property through the UPES.

Through «E-Pasluga», users can submit applications without the need for a personal visit, making the process more convenient.

Access to services requires strong authentication using a digital signature or ID card.
