A new version of the Regulations and a new price list for the voluntary registration and deposit of documents of the National Center of Intellectual Property have been approved

Dear customers!

We would like to inform you that the National Center of Intellectual Property has approved a new version of the Regulations on the procedure for the voluntary registration of copyright and related rights works and the deposit of such works, documents and materials containing information about them, and that a new price list No. 6 has been approved for services relating to the voluntary registration of copyright and related rights objects and the deposit of such objects, documents and materials containing information about them, which will come into force on October 1, 2026.

Please note that the Regulations have, amongst others, amended the application forms and the contract for the provision of fee-based services relating to the voluntary registration and deposit of copyright or related rights works.

The changes have also affected the cost of deposit services.
