The «Frequently asked questions» section has been updated on the official website of the National Center for Intellectual Property (NCIP), which contains explanations of frequently asked and interesting questions received from citizens and organizations.

The answers in the section are divided into categories: «General questions», Copyright and related rights», «Collective management», «Inventions, utility models, industrial designs», «Trademarks and service marks», «Geographical indications», «Plant varieties», «Topologies of integrated circuits», «Agreements regarding intellectual property», «Patent fees», «Appeal Board».

This section is constantly updated taking into account incoming requests.

Question No. 44 in the category «Copyright and related rights»:

A private legal entity (customer) assigns a task to another legal entity (executor) to develop (create) software, subject to the assignment of the exclusive right to the developed software to the customer.
