The Eurasian Publication Server is a free system of the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO) designed to publish information on protection documents for inventions and industrial designs, i.e., both types of industrial property rights patented by the EAPO.

The default server mode is basic search, which uses document number, international classification indexes, publication date, and patent bulletin number as search parameters. Searches can be performed using a single parameter or various combinations of parameters. In addition to the basic mode, the system also offers an advanced search mode, which uses a significantly larger number of search fields, such as the name of the protected object, information about authors, applicants, rights holders and their representatives, nationality and origin of the application, etc.

The server also allows users to search for EAPO notifications that are stored there and related to changes in the legal status of documents, such as notifications of patent term extensions, reinstatements, etc. The system contains about 70 different types of such notifications, allowing users to track in detail, for example, the entire path of an invention application from the moment it is filed with the EAPO to the expiration of the issued patent. This search engine option is unique in the Russian-language search segment.

Taking into account such extensive search capabilities, the publication server is consistently in demand among specialists interested in regional patent documentation of the member states of the Eurasian Patent Convention.
