The seminar «Innovations for realization of activities dedicated to the Year of Quality» organized by the public association «Belarusian Society of Inventors and Rationalizers» (BSIR) was held on the basis of the unitary research and production enterprise «Grodno Science and Technology Center».

Within the framework of the event, Sergey Losev, a member of the Republican Council of the BOIR Public Association, presented the topic «Service objects of industrial property rights and rationalization proposals: current problems of registration of relations with authors and payment of remuneration». Gennadiy Kozlov, Chairman of the BSIR Republican Council and an expert in the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ), focused on the key problems hindering the creation of innovative solutions.

Irina Skobei, patent specialist of the Atlant Closed Joint-Stock Company, told about the practice of implementation of activities dedicated to the Year of Quality and demonstrated successful cases of innovation implementation at the enterprise.

The seminar resulted in signing an agreement with BSIR on joint activities for TRIZ methodology development.
