In the context of the introduction of artificial intelligence, partnership relations between the state and business become relevant to improve the efficiency of public activity and ensure technological and industrial sovereignty of the Republic of Belarus. The authors propose an innovative concept of public-private partnership based on the methodology of agency, which implies the delegation of functions and rights to artificial intelligence. They also propose the classification of partnership (agency) relations taking into account the elements of artificial intelligence, which opens new horizons for the development and optimization of interaction between different participants of economic activity.
The article explores how the introduction of artificial intelligence changes the legal system of the state and its laws. A new concept is proposed, according to which law is divided not into private and public, but into В«human lawВ» and В«machine law (robot law)В». This division will help humanity to cope with modern technological and social challenges. It also emphasizes the need to revise the concept of intellectual property and its relationship with economic law, within which the В«machine lawВ» will be developedВ».
