Every year on the second Thursday of November, the World Quality Day is celebrated, emphasizing the importance of quality improvement for the development of the economy and society. From November 10 to 16, 2025, Belarus will host Quality Week, which will feature a variety of events.
The Republic of Belarus actively supports international initiatives in the field of quality, confirming its systematic state approach to these issues. Presidential Decree No. 31 of January 17, 2025, declared 2025-2029 a five-year period of quality, with an emphasis on the introduction of modern management methods, lean manufacturing, and improving product quality in various areas, including construction and education.
The World Quality Day highlights not only the importance of standards, but also the constant pursuit of their improvement at all stages of production. The quality of products and services directly depends on intellectual property, which encompasses innovation, new technologies, and brands. Belarus pays special attention to the protection of intellectual property rights, which contributes to the creation of competitive products, the development of research, and various innovative solutions.
