Literature exhibition “Patenting Industrial Designs”

In November 2025, the reading room of the Patent Documents Department of the Republican Library for Science and Technologies (RLST) will host a thematic exhibition titled «Patenting Industrial Designs».

The exhibition features current and relevant books, monographs, and periodical publications on issues related to the registration, legal protection, and enforcement of industrial designs, making it useful for specialists of all levels: from beginners to experts.

The publications cover the following topics: legal protection of designs and industrial designs; the procedure for registering and using exclusive rights to industrial designs; an analysis of the legislation of the member states of the Eurasian Patent Organization in the given area; criteria for assessing the originality of an industrial design; and participation of the Republic of Belarus in the Hague System for the International Registration of Industrial Designs, etc.
