Interesting

Every year on January 17, the world celebrates Kid Inventors’ Day (K.I.D.). On this day, young talents are honoured in different parts of the world, inspiring others and showing that creative potential knows no bounds.

Indeed, every year, more than 500,000 children and teenagers invent various gadgets and games, create and modify robots and technology. Belarus is also home to many talented children. For for example, in 2025, 10-year-old Kirill Zelman from Minsk obtained a patent for industrial design No. 5360. The young inventor’s development is a knee pad with an ultrasonic transducer, designed to help people with disabilities move around.

The National Children’s Technopark plays an important role in supporting young innovators by fostering gifted students and developing their interest in scientific and technical activities. Its mission is to identify current trends in the education of the younger generation, create opportunities for young people to realise their scientific potential, and inspire new ideas and discoveries.

We congratulate the young inventors on this wonderful day! We wish them creative success and new discoveries on their journey to turning ideas into reality!
