In order to support the specialists of patent services, patent attorneys and judges, the National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) presents a new practical guide «Summarizing the practice of the Board of Appeals under the Patent Authority».

The publication summarizes the practice of the Board of Appeals under the Patent Authority, highlights examples of various categories of cases considered by the Board of Appeals, and suggests evidence mechanisms for various categories of cases. The guide is designed for specialists of patent services of business entities, patent attorneys, judges, teachers and students of relevant specialties, as well as for anyone interested in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.

The practical guide is freely available on the official website of the NCIP.
