The second issue of the journal В«Intellectual Property in BelarusВ» published an article by Tatiana Gonchar (Associate Professor of the International Law Department of the Law Faculty of the Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor) В«Customs Measures of Intellectual Property Protection in accordance with the EAEU International TreatiesВ».
The article considers some problems of customs protection of intellectual property rights under international agreements of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The author concludes that the legal regulation of these relations with third countries is ineffective. It is proposed to expand the range of objects subject to customs protection, taking into account the unified registration system provided by the Treaty on Trademarks, Service Marks and Appellations of Origin of Goods of the EAEU (2020).

The article is devoted to the substantiation of the necessity to develop legal mechanisms for the creation and activity of trust funds to support scientific, scientific-technical and innovative activity for the involvement in the financing of research and development, in addition to budgetary sources, own funds of individuals and legal entities in order to form favorable conditions for the implementation of scientific, scientific-technical and innovative activity.
