The third issue of the journal «Intellectual Property in Belarus» published an article by Julia Dashkovskaya (specialist of the Division of Copyright and Related Rights Legislation of the Legal and Human Resources Department of the NCIP: «The Right of Access to Copyright Objects»).

The article deals with the issue of the legal nature of the right to access the works and its content. The right of access to the object of copyright as the author’s independent right is not regulated by any international treaties. The author of the article highlights what is understood under the right of access to the work in the legislation of the Russian Federation. The author recognizes the necessity of the right of access for the author to realize his personal non-property and property rights and the importance of reflecting such a right in the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
