Svetlana Konstantinovna Shvaybovich was born on August 30, 1949 in Kopyl, Minsk region. Graduated from the Minsk Glebov Art College (1973). According to the distribution, she was sent to her hometown, where at that time a branch of the Minsk Art and Production Combine of the BSSR Art Fund was opened. She worked in the field of decoration and environment design.

S. Shvaybovich's canvases and drawings are presented in different genres – landscape, portrait, still life, monotype. The works have been exhibited more than once at various exhibitions of decorative art. In 1993, she was accepted into the Union of Artists of Belarus in the section of artistic design.

Thanks to her hard work with her husband, artist Vladimir Filippovich Shvaybovich, Kopyl began to get its aesthetic look: unique interiors and exteriors of institutions and buildings, panels, stained glass, volumetric plastic - all this was created before the eyes of Kopyl residents.

Along with her main activity she taught fine arts in Kopyl House of Pioneers and Children's School of Arts. She has the highest category of teacher. Svetlana Shvaybovich has participated in exhibitions of women members of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Belarus for many years. Her unique paintings were exhibited at the republican and regional exhibitions of teachers of fine arts. And always the author of the works was noted for her original technique and professionalism.
