The V. I. Blinnikov Gold Medal «For contribution to the inventive and patent business» was awarded:

The high award was given to the First Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Academician, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, scientist in the field of physics and mechanics of surfaces at the micro- and nanolevel, nanodiagnostics Sergei Chizhik and the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Scientific and Technical Council and Chief Advisor of the closed joint-stock company «Holographic Industry», Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Academician of the International Engineering Academy, Honored Inventor of Belarus, scientist in the field of laser physics, holography and biomedical optics Leonid Tanin.

In a solemn atmosphere in the framework of the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference "Intellectual Property in the Modern World: Challenges of Time and Development Prospects, the award was presented by Emil Mammadov, Counsel to the President of the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO), candidate of economic sciences.
