The National Center of Intellectual Property congratulates the composer, performer, associate professor of the Department of Pop Art of the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts, Honored Artist of the Republic of Belarus Oleg Eliseenkov on his birthday.

Oleg Eliseenkov is a member of the Advisory Council established at the National Center of Intellectual Property as an organization for the collective management of economic rights in order to promote the effective protection of the rights of authors and other right holders in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 17, 2011.
