Legal protection of the trade secret (know-how) in the field of biotechnology (by the example of biological medicines)

The first issue of the journal «Intellectual Property in Belarus» in the section «Science and Innovations» published the article «Legal protection of the secret of production (know-how) in the field of biotechnology (by the example of biological medicines)».

The author considers the protection of intellectual property rights in the field of biotechnology (on the example of biological drugs), focusing on the legal protection of trade secrets (know-how) from illegal use. The terms «medicinal products», «biosimilar» and «reproduced medicinal product (generic)» are analyzed in the context of application of trade secrets.
