Applications for the Internet Management Summer School are open

Applications are now open for the Summer School on Internet Management, which will be held online from July 15 to August 20, 2024. Undergraduates, graduate students, young teachers, researchers and other interested students are invited to participate in the training.

The Summer School events are focused on:

• An introduction to the basics of Internet management.

• Protection of intellectual property in the Internet.

• Digital technologies of the future. Artificial intelligence.

• Digital diplomacy.

• Sustainable development.

The training is free of charge. Applications are accepted until July 10, 2024 (it is necessary to fill in the application form). In case of successful completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate of additional education from St. Petersburg State University.

Internet Management Summer School is organized by the .RU/ Domain Coordination Center. The Russian Federation, together with the Faculty of International Relations of St. Petersburg State University, is part of the global Schools on Internet Governance (SIG) movement.

The School's Goal is to immerse students in topical issues of Internet Management and digital cooperation at the global and regional levels, to form the necessary skills for full participation in the activities of international organizations, thematic conferences and discussions on these topics.
