In anticipation of the World IP Day in a solemn atmosphere an award ceremony of the National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) tributes took place on April, 24, 2025.
The highest award – the badge of distinction of the state institution «National Center of Intellectual Property» «For Merit» – was awarded to:
Chairperson of the Public Association of Patent Attorneys Olga Kuznetsova – for a long-standing period of fruitful work and significant personal contribution to the formation of the national intellectual property system;
Leading Engineer for Patent and Invention Work of the Department for the Protection of Industrial Property Objects of the Additional Liability Company В«LexpatentВ» Galina Vashuk - for a long-standing period of fruitful work and significant personal contribution to the formation of the national intellectual property system;
Head of the Rights Enforcement Division of the Copyright and Related Rights Department Andrey Luchenok – for significant personal contribution to the development of the system of collective management of property rights and the popularisation of intellectual property.
The NCIP Certificate of Honour has been awarded to:
Director General of the Limited Liability Company «Interregional Patent Services Center «BelIntelPat» Valery Samtsov – for significant personal contribution to ensuring the legal protection of intellectual property objects, promoting the protection of rights and legitimate interests of copyright holders;
Associate Professor of the Department of Biophysics of the Physics Faculty of the Belarusian State University Lyudmila Gerasimova - for significant personal contribution to ensuring the legal protection of intellectual property, promoting the protection of rights and legitimate interests of copyright holders, and popularising IP field in the Republic of Belarus.
The NCIP Certificate has been awarded to:
Deputy Head of Department – Head of the Sector for Scientific, Technical and Innovation Policy with Foreign Countries of the Department for International Scientific, Technical and Innovation Policy of the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus Sergei Sinyukovich – for active participation in improving the national intellectual property system;
Deputy Head of the Department – Head of the Information and Publishing Division of the Department of Scientific, Educational and Publishing Activities Fedor Romashko – for conscientious performance of work duties, effective implementation of activities to popularise the sphere of intellectual property, active participation in the public life of the NCIP;
Deputy Head of the Protocol and International Cooperation Department Leila Andryieuskaya – for high performance in work, related to the development of international cooperation in the field of intellectual property;
Lead Specialist of the Preliminary Examination Division of the Trademarks Department Ljudmila Gudel’ – for high performance in work, related to the implementation of examination of industrial property rights;
Lead Specialist of the Editorial Division of the Patent Documentation and Editorial Department Elena Kostjukevich – for facilitated NCIP target-achievements;
Lead IT-engineer of the Digital Technology Department Lyudmila Kudritskaya – for her great personal contribution to the development and advancement of the NCIP information systems, high professionalism and conscientious work.
The NCIP gratitude has been awarded to:
Head of the Department of Scientific, Technical and Innovation Policy with the CIS Countries of the Department of International Scientific, Technical and Innovation Policy of the State Committee on Science and Technology, Alina Gusachenok – for conscientious performance of work duties, high performance in work, responsibility and initiative;
to the Senior Inspector of the Legal and Personnel department of the State Committee on Science and Technology, Anastasia Kazachek – for active assistance in training (retraining) and advanced training of the NCIP heads and specialists;
Lead Specialist of the Protocol and International Cooperation Department, Natalya Kravchenko – for conscientious performance of work duties and high performance at work.
