The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of Ukraine on cooperation in the field of industrial property protection, signed on 20 October 1993 in Kyiv, will cease to have effect on 20 October 2026.

Please note that from that date, applicants and patent agents from the Republic of Belarus and Ukraine will lose the right to conduct business with the patent offices of Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus on the basis of reciprocity when filing applications for the grant of protection documents for industrial property rights, obtaining such protection documents and maintaining them in force.
