On February 15, 2022, consultations concerning IP Policy issues were held for higher education and science-research institutions. The event welcomed numerous national experts and World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) representatives.
From the WIPO the consultations ware attended by Olga Spasich, representative of IP and Innovation Ecosystems Sector, and Oleksandr Shevchenko, head of Department of Countries in Transition and Developed Economies.
The National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) was represented by Katsiaryna Yantsikava, Head of Division of Copyright and Related Rights Legislation, and Arthur Akhramenka, Head of International Cooperation Division.
During the meeting, WIPO and NCIP representatives, together with national experts, discussed the possible mechanisms of advisory support rendering to potential project beneficiaries at the national phase, expected results and the further cooperation points within the named vector.
