The NCIP administrative procedures are available on E-Pasluga

34 administrative procedures implemented by the National Center of Intellectual Property are available on the unified portal of electronic services (UPES) «E-Pasluga».

Now users can make various applications, including renewal and restoration of patents for inventions, utility models, industrial designs, renewal of trademark, service mark, collective mark, right to use a geographical indication, etc. The portal also provides administrative procedures for registration of a patent attorney based on the results of attestation and issuance of a certificate of registration as a patent attorney.

In addition, the EPES can be used to request extracts from the state registers of industrial property rights objects, to submit the application for official publication on granting to any person the right to use the object of industrial property rights (open license).

The portal «E-Pasluga» provides access to electronic databases of various government agencies and allows individuals and legal entities, as well as government agencies to receive a wide range of services in the areas of social protection, taxation, land and property relations, public procurement, judicial proceedings and finance, among others.
