Acceptance of materials for inclusion in the collection of NCIP IV International Scientific and Practical Conference

Acceptance of materials of theses for inclusion in the collection of the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference «Intellectual Property in the Modern World: Challenges of Time and Prospects of Development» is continued.

The conference is to be held on October 22-23, 2024 in Minsk. The organizers are the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus and the National Centre for Intellectual Property with the support of the World Intellectual Property Organization.

Panel discussions focused on the following:

• trends in global patent analytics;
• creation of patent express landscapes in the Republic of Belarus;
• intellectual property as a highly liquid asset;
• legal nature of virtual property in the context of intellectual property;
• peculiarities of consideration of cases on infringement of intellectual property rights in the field of ICT, etc.

The event will become a dialog platform for exchange of expert opinions and development of various strategies aimed at effective solution of modern challenges in the field of intellectual property.
