The National Center for Intellectual Property (the NCIP) launched the automated information system «State Register of Industrial Property Rights Objects of the NCIP» (AIS Register of Industrial Property Rights Objects of the NCIP).

The platform allows anyone interested to obtain information about inventions, utility models, industrial designs, plant varieties, topologies of integrated circuits, trademarks and service marks, as well as geographical indications from the relevant state registers of the Republic of Belarus, simply and free of charge.

Key benefits of the system:

• automated search of the OPPS in the NCIP databases (DB) with information presented in the form of an electronic document signed by the NCIP electronic digital signature and available for downloading;
• possibility of obtaining information in the «system-to-system» mode through a nationwide automated information system.

Access to the AIS Register of the OPPS is available through any browser, which makes it accessible to everyone. In addition, a mobile version is operating, which will allow users to access legally relevant documents with information at any time and in any place.
