The NCIP organized a training course for representatives of the Minsk Automobile Plant

On June 18, 2025, a training course «Industry Issues of Intellectual Property Protection and Enforcement» was held in Minsk for representatives of the Open Joint Stock Company «Minsk Automobile Plant».

Specialists of the National Center of Intellectual Property (the NCIP) presented the key aspects of intellectual property objects (IPOs), including the distribution of rights to service IPOs, highlighted in detail the features of the national, regional and international patenting systems.

The experts also discussed the issues of national and international registration of trademarks, their protectability, the algorithm of drafting applications for trademark registration. Special attention was paid to contracts for industrial property rights, peculiarities of IPR rights disposal in domestic and foreign markets, forms of rights protection, valuation of IPR, etc. The participants of the course received certificates of training established by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

Upon completion of the course, the participants received training certificates of the standard established by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
