National Unity Day as a factor of national pride

On September 17, 2026, a formal gathering of the employees of the National Center of Intellectual Property was held at the «Mir» cinema to mark National Unity Day. A unified information day was organised to raise awareness of the theme «National Unity Day as a factor of national pride».

As part of the event, Aliaksei Kurman, Director General of the National Center of Intellectual Property, delivered a presentation in which he spoke about the historical background of the holiday, the significance of National Unity Day in modern Belarus, and the role of the holiday in strengthening civic unity, peace, national identity and social stability. Issues relating to the preservation of national historical memory, fundamental values, unity and sovereignty were also discussed.

During the event, the employees of the National Center of Intellectual Property were shown the film «We Are Indivisible», produced by the «VoenTV» television company of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus.
