On April 24, 2025, an international seminar «Legal Protection and Enforcement of Exporters' Intellectual Property Rights» will be held, marking the World Intellectual Property Day.

The event is organized by the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus (SCST) and the National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) with the support of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Key topics to be discussed:

• ensuring intellectual property protection abroad (regional and international procedures);
• legitimate use of intellectual property and forms of disposal of intellectual property rights;
• protection mechanisms and judicial authorities for the protection of intellectual property rights abroad.

Representatives of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus, the SCST, the Eurasian Patent Office of the Eurasian Patent Organization, the Minsk City Bar Association, the Belarusian Association of Patent Attorneys, the Assembly of Eurasian Patent Attorneys, as well as leading experts from the NCIP and WIPO are invited as speakers to the event.

Upon completion of the seminar, participants will receive a certificate.
