A regular meeting of the Recommendation and Advisory Council under NCIP was held

On April 25, 2025 at the National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) under the chairmanship of composer, pianist, producer, People's Artist of Belarus Vasily Rainchik a regular meeting of the Recommendation and Advisory Council (RAC) under the NCIP was held.

The main subject of the meeting was the rules of distribution of remuneration collected in the process of collective management of property rights. Members of the Council considered the proposals of individual citizens to improve the activities of NCIP in this area, and also agreed on a new version of the Instruction on the order of distribution of remuneration collected in the implementation of collective management of property rights.

In addition, the participants of the meeting discussed the possibilities of expanding the use of works by national authors and right holders, the rights to which were transferred to the collective management of NCIP, by domestic users.
