Director General of NCIP: The Eurasian Patent System is one of the most successful integration projects in the post-Soviet space

June 26-28, 2024 in Saint Petersburg is the XII Saint Petersburg International Legal Forum.

Uladzimir Rabavolau, Director General of the National Center of Intellectual Property, made a presentation online at the section «New Regional Intellectual Property Objects in the Eurasian Space: Unified Eurasian Trademark and Utility Model». In his speech, he touched upon various aspects of building an effective Eurasian system of legal protection of utility models, as well as talked about the prospects and potential economic benefits for the member countries of the Eurasian Patent Convention.

The event platform became a place of dialog between representatives of the legal, business, political and law enforcement communities on the issues of improving legislation in the interests of citizens and business, improving law enforcement practices, as well as promoting legislative initiatives for the development of legal culture and regulation of socio-economic sphere in the context of global changes.
