The NCIP staff and their family members visited the tour «Belarusian Mosaic»

On June 22, 2024, employees of the National Center of Intellectual Property (the NCIP) and their family members visited the excursion «Belarusian Mosaic», within the scope of which they made a trip along the route Zalesye - Smorgon - Soly - Astravets – Gerviaty.

The excursion was organized by the primary trade union organization of the NCIP with the support of the management of the agency.

The visit to natural sites and architectural sights includes a theatrical tour in Zalesje, a tour of the parks of Zalesje and the estate of Michal Kleofas Oginski, the Church of St. Michael in Smorgon, an organ concert in the Church of the Holy Trinity in Gerviaty, etc.

On the Day of National Memory of the Victims of the Great Patriotic War and Genocide of the Belarusian People near the village of Radoshkovichi, the NCIP excursion group honored the memory and laid flowers at the military monument dedicated to the crew of pilots who performed the feat of "fire ram" (crew of pilots: N. Gastello, A. Burdenyuk, G. Skorobogatyi, A. Kalinin). The feat of the crew was widely known. Nikolai Gastello was awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union (1941), other members of the crew were awarded posthumously with the Order of Patriotic War I degree (1958).
