Uladzimir Rabavolau: The priority direction of NCIP development is proactive support of intellectual activity results

The International Forum of Inventors and Innovators was held in Dushanbe on April 25, 2024. Uladzimir Rabavolau, Director General of the National Center of Intellectual Property, delivered a welcome speech during the online event, where he touched upon various issues of international cooperation and priority areas of development of the national patent office.

The platform of this event became a meeting place for economists, scientists, inventors from different countries to discuss the problems of intellectual property (IP) valuation, development of IP education, the state of innovation activity of universities, the importance of creating a community of inventors and others.

Also Yuri Nechepurenko, Head of Research and Innovation Department of the Belarusian State University «The Research Institute for Physical Chemical Problems» took part in the Forum from the Belarusian side with the report «Practical experience in commercialization of inventions in the Republic of Belarus».
