Issues of intellectual property and information technologies were discussed in Minsk
From October 22 to 23, 2024, the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference В«Intellectual Property in the Modern World: Current Challenges and Development ProspectsВ» is being held in Minsk. More than 400 participants from more than 35 organizations and enterprises take part in the event.
In Section 2 В«Intellectual Property and Information TechnologiesВ» the following topics were discussed:
- legal regime of virtual and augmented reality;
- technologies for protection against cybersquatting and counterfeit products;
- protection of intellectual property rights created using artificial intelligence;
- forensic examinations in cases of patent rights in IT;
- legal regulation of the creation of computer video games.
The section took place in the form of a training course. The participants received training certificates established by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
A collection of scientific articles will be published based on the results of the conference.
