Aliaksei Kurman, First Deputy Director General of the National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP), told the BELTA correspondent about how NCIP stimulates invention, rationalization and engineering creativity in the country.
The instruments include the creation of technology and innovation support centers, development and improvement of the Intellectual Property Exchange, implementation of regional projects of international organizations, etc.
