U.Rabavolau took part in the VII International Forum of Young Managers

On March 12, 2025 the Academy of Public Administration in the Republic of Belarus hosted the VII International Forum of Young Managers.

The goal of the event is to promote research activities among young people and their involvement in solving urgent problems facing modern science. The Forum has become a platform for the integration of science, education and practice, which allows young managers to exchange ideas and find new approaches to the development of management competencies.

Uladzimir Rabavolau, Director General of the National Center of Intellectual Property (the NCIP), took part in the event. In his report «Key Competencies of the Effective Manager» the NCIP Director General outlined the main competencies that are necessary for the successful activity of managers in modern conditions. Mr. Rabavolau urged young managers actively develop personal and professional qualities that contribute to successful management and effective interaction with the team.
