NCIP and Kyrgyzpatent signed the Treaty on Mutual Representation of Interests in respect of Holders of Rights to Phonograms

On July 10, 2024, the heads of the National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) and the State Agency for Intellectual Property and Innovation under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyzpatent) signed the Treaty on Mutual Representation of Interests in respect of holders of rights to phonograms published for commercial purposes and performances recorded on such phonograms.

The signing took place on the sidelines of the 65th Series of Meetings of the Assemblies of the Member States of the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva (Switzerland), where the Belarusian delegation headed by NCIP Director General Uladzimir Rabavolau is based.
